Glatt 27 is under the strict Kosher supervision of the Vaad Harabonim of Raritan Valley. The Vaad Harabonim of Raritan Valley is under the leadership of Rabbi Yaakov Luban.

  • We are owned and operated by a Shomer Shabbos family.
  • There is a Kosher Supervisor (Mashgiach Temidi) at all hours of operation.
  • All lettuce and other vegetables are meticulously washed and checked to ensure that there is no infestation.
  • All eggs are checked for blood spots
  • All of our meats are Glatt Kosher (Chasidishe Shechita).
  • All breads are Pas Yisroel.
